Custom orders are at the heart of what we do. Here’s how a typical custom project flows: You tell us your idea (dimensions, style, text/graphics for engraving). We reply with a mock‑up and a price estimate. Once you approve, we build by hand, finish carefully, and engrave precisely. We ship across Canada from our workshop — and we’ll keep you updated at every step.
